Organising a hen party for your best friend or your sister can be a bit tricky. You want to give her something really special before she walks the aisles and marries the man of her dreams. We understand how important this is to make her last night as a singleton a memorable one. Based on our planning experience, here are some 5 tips for organising a hen party.
1. Make a list of guests
Make sure you are inviting all the bride-to-be’s close friends and make a list of who’s joining to keep track. The ideal hen’s size is around 5-10 people. This is also the key to get a deal in one of the vip nightclubs. If it’s a small group, it’ll be like just a normal girls’ night out.
2. Plan ahead and Save the date
Plan ahead as you will need plenty of time to prepare and of course recover from the party. So try not to choose something that is so close to the wedding. Make sure everyone is perfectly fine for the chosen date too.
3. Book it
Don’t wait for too long before you book the bachelorette party. Chances are, if you wait last minute you won’t be able to book in your first choice of venue, remember the goal is to give the bride-to-be memories for a lifetime.
4. Social-ize
Create a unique hashtag so you can easily track all your photos and who knows you girls might be trending!
5. Party time!
After all the stress of planning and chasing people, its time to party and let your hair down. Make sure you arrive early so you can start the night and have some fun!
